Our camp rules are pretty much the same as other camps, but here are the important ones! Violations of camp rules may lead to removal with no refund!

Q: Do you have toilet facilities?
A: Yes, we have portable toilets as well as a hand washing station. Our main circle area has a trailer unit with fancy flushable toilets, running water, ac and music!
Q: Do you have showers?
A: Hot showers are available for $2.00 per person/ per shower
Q: How much are your rates?
A: We charge $80 per adult. One night or four, the price is the same. One child age 10 or under free with each paying adult.
Q: Do you sell tickets to the fair?
A: No, you can buy them here: OCF Tickets. You cannot buy tickets at the fair or anywhere in the Veneta/Elmira area, buy them ahead of time! You must have a OCF ticket to camp.
Q: How much is parking?
A: There is $20 parking fee per vehicle. This is paid in cash at the gate, the day of arrival.
Q: Do you accept RVs?
A: We have limited space for a few smaller class C, truck campers or conversion vans. Contact us for availability. There is a $50 RV, camper or conversion van parking fee (this does not include your camping passes, which are $80 per person.
Q: What days can I stay with you?
A: We open our camp at noon on Thursday July 11th, and close at noon on Monday the 15th. For safety reason car traffic will not be allowed in or out between dusk and dawn.
Q: Are there discounts for less nights?
A: No, the price is the same for one night or four, no exceptions. All camps have this policy.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: No, for many reasons we cannot allow any pets at the camp. No exceptions!
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes! We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal!
Q: Can I use my gas cook stove or BBQ?
A: Yes! These have been approved by the Lane County Fire Authority. (no charcoal)
Q: Are you going to have a bonfire?
A: Yes! We have built a beautiful spot for our nightly bonfires.
Q: What is the vending policy?
A: Please contact us if you are interested in selling things.
Q: What are your quiet hours?
A: Quiet hours begin at 11 pm.
Q: Do you have water or ice on site?
A: Yes we will provide potable (drinkable) water and ice for you for free.
Q: What if I loose my wristband?
A: Stretched, broken or lost wristbands will not be honored and must be repurchased.
Q: Are you licensed?
A: Yes! We are licensed by Lane County, permit #BP14-01441.
Q: I can't come anymore, can I get a refund?
A: Camping passes are non-refundable.
